Looks like cvsup7 is serving stale files.
I just did rm /usr/src/sys/i386/include/pc/bios.h then cvsup'd with
cvsup7. Got the same 1.7.2.1 version of the file even though 1.7.2.2
was MFC'd 32 hours ago. (tag=RELENG_4)
Switched over and cvsup'd with cvsup2 not more than 10 minutes later and
got deltas added to 37 files the src tree (not including ports). The
most stale deltas appear to be at least 39 hours old.
