At this point I was offered teh option fo downlaoding to the machine that I was running the web browser on this config file. Since this is where I got hung up last. I stoped to ask what I am doing wrong. If I download this file, and put it in the config directory, based upon previous behavior the setup process will refuse to run, because the config file exists. What basic misunderstanding do I ahve here? -- One of the main causes of the fall of the roman empire was that, lacking zero, they had no way to indicate successful termination of their C programs.
