OK. Of course I was wrong! This situation can happens if the build is
interupted and then restarted, but also if a build is done without a
'make clean' before. This is because the Makefile behaves like:

XX = $(DD)/.foo
build:	$(XX)
$(XX):
	echo XX
	touch $(XX)
DD= /tmp

In this situation make build always rebuild! I'm sure that this bug
can be found in a couple of other ports. I'll fix them this week end.
