E495 have 8GiB RAM. Also that have AMD Ryzen CPU and Radeon Graphic card
so that it can be install easy Linux and *BSD, i think. Actually i'm
using E495 with Debian 11 Bullseye (+ FreeBSD 12.x via KVM virt-manager).

That screen is FHD, but 14 inch.
