I've been able to compile a net version after:

Copy all contents of /usr/mdec from a 3.0-release to my machine
(3.1-release)
Copy /usr/lib/aout/kzhead.o and /usr/lib/aout/kztail.o from a
3.0-release to my machine.

After that, all works ok
