I'd like to draw your attention to this PR: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/164082 It seems like this is still an issue on 10-BETA3, with the result that x11/xconsole does not work. The problem has been discussed here (and in the provided links in the PR as well), but apparently there is no solution yet: http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=9969 Can you start investigating this, perhaps with the help of some kernel developers?
