Scroll down the page to http://www.viewsonic.com/products/crt_g75f.htm#specs The numbers you want are listed under "INPUT SIGNAL | Frequency" -- `f h' is the horizontal sync --- that's the number of raster scan lines the monitor can paint across the screen per second -- typically in the range 10--100kHz. `f v' is the vertical refresh --- how often the monitor starts again at the top left of screen to paint a new screen image. This will be between a few tens to the low hundreds Hz, although 75Hz or above is recommended to avoid the appearence of flicker.
