Well, out of curiosity, i've been digging into the 4.4BSD-Lite sources of the old Berkeley Pascal compiler, and made some progress with it. However, it seems that pc tries to use the pcc backend for the actual compilation. So if someone has a working version of pcc for FreeBSD, please get in contact with me. No, please don't start arguing with me whether it is cool or stupid to dig out the old Pascal compiler. Either, i will get it, or i will give up. But i'm going to convince myself about it not being worth the while before giving up. If i can come up with something reasonable, be sure i will make it publically available. -- J"org Wunsch Unix support engineer joerg_wunsch@interface-business.de http://www.interface-business.de/~j
