Well, actually the situation is better, since MySQL 5.5 is now the 
default in FreeBSD and mysql55-scripts doesn't exist anymore. The only 
reason for p5-DBD-mysql[45][0-5] ports were the ability to create 
packages for mysqlNN-scripts. If you are using packages for an outdated 
mysql-scripts port, then you deserve the pain, so you are pushed to 
update to a recent release :-)
