I've just encountered this issue again after it's been quiet for a long tim=

I'm using the device in a different location where the negotiated link spee=
d is
only 1Gbps versus the usual 2.5Gbps, so perhaps it's easier to still hit the
problem at lower media speeds.

I've updated to the very latest NUC 13 platform firmware (ANRPL357.0037) but
this still seems to contain the problematic I226V EEPROM version 2.17. I've
submitted a support request to ASUS, here's hoping they provide an update p=
ath.
