I've cc'd this to -hardware, in hopes you'll get more info from others... I don't know which ATX boards will power off after a shutdown, but maybe someone on -hardware has the ASUS P5B... I've checked AMD's web site and found no info, so I sent them an email. I'll post to -hardware if I get a decent response from them.
