I've opened PRs for the things that aren't maintained by ruby@ so as soon as those get approved, I guess I'll go ahead and commit this. Of particular note, I decided to do an update to include an update to rdoc along with this, the testing I've done seems to indicate it's OK, but if you see anything, let me know.
