I tried an 'instaMFC' and got the same result - a diff shows pretty minor differences so I suspect stable and current are already in sync :) My starting point was 4.5-RELEASE and I then put the -STABLE code in - all with the same results. I get this -> pcm0: port 0xe400-0xe4ff irq 5 at device 17.5 on pci0 Then when I attempt to play any audio I get pcm0:play:0: play interrupt timeout, channel dead after about 2 seconds. I have another system which uses the same driver (via82c686) which used to work but I haven't tested it with the latest PCM code. Any patches/suggestions/etc ? :) Please CC me on reply, thanks. -- Daniel O'Connor software and network engineer for Genesis Software - http://www.gsoft.com.au "The nice thing about standards is that there are so many of them to choose from." -- Andrew Tanenbaum GPG Fingerprint - 9A8C 569F 685A D928 5140 AE4B 319B 41F4 5D17 FDD5 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-multimedia" in the body of the message
