You usually can conclude which cpu was blocked by looking at smp_tlb_genera=
tion
and pcpu pc_smp_tlb_done.  I even added printint of pc_smp_tlb_done to show
pcpu to make this easier.

Also, what is the UNSET_TEXT panic ?  Can you show me the backtrace ?  Which
system version ?
