We were having problems with crashed due to
panic: kmem_malloc: kmem_map too small.
At that point we upped VM_KMEM_SIZE in vmparam.h to (64 * 1024 * 1024).
Now we're seeing this on a FreeBSD 2.2.8-STABLE #0: Fri Jan 29 14:39:19 PST 1999
CPU: Pentium II (quarter-micron) (451.02-MHz 686-class CPU) system.

Any ideas?
