Hi, IOERROR usually means an electrical error. The RPI3B will use a transaction translator for the FULL speed traffic, which is driven by software. Maybe there is a bug in the HC driver, "dev/usb/controller/dwc_otg.c". There are some sysctls to enable full HC debugging, see hw.usb.xxx.debug=17 . Is the device self-powered?
