I've been unable to get "top" working on a -STABLE box for the past week
or so.

I've been getting CVS updates frequently (watching the HEADS-UP
messages).

I've done:

 # make clean
 # make clean
 # make buildworld
 # make buildkernel
 # make installkernel
 # make installworld
 # mergemaster
 # reboot

several times.

 # truss top
 top: nlist failed
 #

There is only 1 copy of "top" on the machine. GENERIC kernel.

What did I miss?
