A not uncommon go packaging problem. I don't know what the right way to address this is, but clearly the current approach won't get us a repeatable build. It seems github.com/tools/godep has reasonable support. Is this going to be a suitable dependency to help manage this more effectively? Sadly I'm away on 6 weeks vacation but may have time to look into this on return.
