I think I found a bug that would explain interrupts not being enabled.

I've also compiled the mylex driver into that kernel, so it may see
the drb0-2 raid sets.   I don't think the mylex driver supports eisa,
and alpha doesnt yet support eisa, so you won't see dra0.
