I'm encountering the same problem a year after this on a freshly built 8.1 installation and Google searches point to this PR thread, but I haven't found the "see apache@ list" thread pgollucci referred to a year ago anywhere in my searches. Perhaps a pointer (URL?) with more details could be appended to this closed issue so future searchers can find the "local setup issue" more easily/quickly? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Aaron out.
