Now, with 4.6-RC, the problems re-appear, as soon as the machine becomes I/O-loaded (saving to DAT). The effect is that the machine freezes for 30 seconds. Here's the error list which is displayed after recovering from the timeout: May 29 10:49:52 deejai2 /kernel: swap_pager: indefinite wait buffer: device: #da/0x20001, blkno: 44224, size: 4096 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: swap_pager: indefinite wait buffer: device: #da/0x20001, blkno: 44224, size: 4096 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: swap_pager: indefinite wait buffer: device: #da/0x20001, blkno: 81976, size: 4096 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: (da0:ahc0:0:0:0): SCB 0x81 - timed out May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: ahc0: Dumping Card State while idle, at SEQADDR 0x175 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: ACCUM = 0x3, SINDEX = 0x20, DINDEX = 0xb8, ARG_2 = 0x20 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: HCNT = 0x0 SCBPTR = 0xe May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: SCSISEQ = 0x12, SBLKCTL = 0x2 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: DFCNTRL = 0xc, DFSTATUS = 0x6d May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: LASTPHASE = 0x1, SCSISIGI = 0x0, SXFRCTL0 = 0x80 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: SSTAT0 = 0x5, SSTAT1 = 0xa May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: STACK == 0x16a, 0x147, 0x0, 0xe May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: SCB count = 140 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: Kernel NEXTQSCB = 96 May 29 10:50:18 deejai2 /kernel: Card NEXTQSCB = 129 May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: QINFIFO entries: 129 30 51 10 33 18 113 6 86 49 83 119 17 44 121 36 67 41 May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: Waiting Queue entries: May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: Disconnected Queue entries: May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: QOUTFIFO entries: May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: Sequencer Free SCB List: 1 13 15 6 2 3 4 10 5 12 7 9 8 11 0 May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: Sequencer SCB Info: 0(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 1(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 2(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 3(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 4(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 5(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 6(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 7(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 8(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 9(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 10(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 11(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 12(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 13(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 14(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) 15(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0, t 0xff) May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: Pending list: 41(c 0x6a, s 0xf, l 0), 67(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 36(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 121(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 44(c 0x6a, s 0xf, l 0), 17(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 119(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 83(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 49(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 86(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 6(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 113(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 18(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 33(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 10(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 51(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 30(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0), 129(c 0x68, s 0xf, l 0) May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: Kernel Free SCB list: 55 38 22 53 71 114 64 101 34 63 79 12 56 123 100 104 120 23 103 124 74 125 43 4 40 61 0 5 69 25 78 26 20 29 108 7 127 37 65 106 118 80 72 57 54 27 115 73 31 21 16 128 68 76 13 58 59 28 111 19 105 102 116 84 9 91 89 32 66 81 35 77 107 39 122 8 60 11 47 88 46 98 50 1 2 82 48 70 97 15 92 90 14 126 95 99 94 24 45 87 62 110 52 85 93 3 109 117 42 75 112 139 138 137 136 135 134 133 132 131 130 May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: sg[0] - Addr 0x924e000 : Length 1024 May 29 10:50:19 deejai2 /kernel: (da0:ahc0:0:0:0): SCB 129: Immediate reset.
