Hi! Would you like to be so kind to explain something? Today I have tried to install FreeBSD 3.0 on my jade :) with AMD-K5-PR100/100 Mhz/RAM 16M and SCSI-controller NCR 53C810 and simple Seagate 500Mb hard drive (SCSI of course). I have exploited 2.2.6 Release before without any problems. There were no problems during installation of 2.2.6 Release. But this time 3.0 Release brought me some surprise:( I see all my hardware correctly after boot, even SCSI-controller, "ncr0: <ncr 53c810 fast10 scsi> rev 0x02 int a irq 14 on pci0.13.0" but then receive the following messages: "Waiting 15 seconds for SCSI devices to settle" "ncr0: SCSI phase error fixup: CCB already dequeued (0xf05f2200)" My jade still wait and die. So, what's your comments and advises? Best regards, Vsevolod Denisenko. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-scsi" in the body of the message
