A question about panic dumps. Imagine you have a 16 MB machine. You put 2 swap partitions on two disks. Fine. If you get a kernel dump you have the space. Now you put 4 more MB in your machine. A kernel dump will now be 20 MB. If the DODUMP code smart enough not to wipe the 4 MB behind the defined "dump on sd0" or will it be necessary to put "dump on sd0 and sd1" in config file ? It is not my situation (I have 20 MB and 2x32 MB swap) but I guess it may happen. -- Ollivier ROBERT -=- The daemon is FREE! -=- roberto@FreeBSD.ORG FreeBSD keltia 2.1.0-Development #14: Sun Feb 26 16:31:40 MET 1995
