A package built from a recent copy of the mysql port does not create
/var/db/mysql, but doing a "make install" on the port does. Shouldn't a
"pkg_add" do everything that "make install" does?

"make install" also puts a bunch of files in /var/db/mysql/mysql, which
I have to idea how to re-create on systems I'm pkg_add'ing the package to.
