The best forum to ask and report these kind of problems is
freebsd-stable@freebsd.org

I have the reply-to to stable.

I have seen no reports on -stable which indicate this. You could have
cvsup'd between commits. Could you wait a few hours, re-cvsup and try
again?

Also, rm -rf your whole /usr/obj [you will prolly need a chflags -R
noschg as well].
