To be absolutely honest, I didn't even look for MAINTAINER flags. I was under the impression that MAINTAINER means that you have an interest in this code and would like to be notified of any changes in case you know of a better way of doing it or in case they conflict with local changes that you haven't yet committed. If this is the case, then please feel free to back out my changes and apply your own. I can then make a mental note not to do the MFC.
