Most issues addressed.  Didn't try to improve randomcoll over existing MD5
method, other than just caching partial hash calculations to reduce repeated
computation of the same value.  Some suggestions in
https://reviews.freebsd.org/D19885 if anyone wants to tackle that larger
project.
