IANAProfessionalWriter, but I'm pretty sure it's not proper English, although it's fairly common, colloquial, spoken American. :-) The point I really wanted to make is that while people are doing sweeps through doc/ for grammar nits, minor SGML fixups, and so on, I'd encourage people to try these fixes on src/release/doc/ as well.
