However, for Ultra ATA-100 drive, such as WDC200BB, the FreeBSD ATA driver thinks that is a UDMA-33 drive and drop its TX rate from 40 MBps (on spec., and Linux can get 34MBps) to 22.5 MBps. >How-To-Repeat: Connect Ultra ATA-100 type drives to a motherboard that has Ultra ATA-66 or Ultra ATA-100 EIDE, boot FreeBSD and see the boot message or, do dmesg after boot. >Fix: Do not know.
