Amancio is correct about sending video card request to the XFree86 group.

I also wanted to add that there is XFree86 supporting group (http://www.suse.de)
that has a beta RIVA X server. The binary is for Linux, and the sources are
not yet available, but it has been promised that this code will be part of
the next release of XFree86. The SUSE site is linked directly from the
XFree86 web site (http://www.xfree86.org).
