	The Cutting Edge section of the Handbook contains advice about
	subscribing to mailing lists, it was majordomo centric and since
	majordomo has gone now, out of date. I've converted this to
	reflect the current reality of mailman. I've tried to stay
	within the example set by the eresources section.

	There is another small patch after the main one which corrects a
	typo I found in the eresources section while I was creating this
	patch, goto -> go to.
