hello,

i'm trying to make iwi work in IBSS mode so that i can connect it with a
windows laptop :

i `kldload if_iwi`,
then `iwicontrol iwi0 -d /boot/firmware/ -m ibss`,
and i get the following:

Dec 17 21:02:18 mb-aw1n-bsd kernel: iwi0: timeout waiting for firmware
initialization to complete
Dec 17 21:02:18 mb-aw1n-bsd kernel: iwi0: could not load boot firmware

i can't figure out what's the problem. :-((
help please!

cheers,

martin

ps: freebsd 6.0-stable, iwi0: <Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG> mem
0xff9fa000-0xff9fafff irq 5 at device 3.0 on pci2
