Absolutely. I didn't get it, tried it a few times over the course of a few hours, still didn't work. It's not a good idea to have only one master site anyway. And the one that the distfile survey was getting was an old version. There is no display.Z anywhere that I know of (it's not on wcarchive or mirrors).
