This caused an unfetchable distfile. Also the distfile is changed without a version number bounce. The MD5 of the distfile has been updated accordingly. There is no official version number for seaview, in this case I don't see a reason to change the pkgname. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: The patched is attached below: diff -ruN seaview.orig/Makefile seaview/Makefile --- seaview.orig/Makefile Thu Oct 8 13:33:30 1998 +++ seaview/Makefile Thu Oct 8 13:30:22 1998 @@ -9,7 +9,7 @@ DISTNAME= seaview PKGNAME= seaview-1.0 CATEGORIES= biology -MASTER_SITES= ftp://biom3.univ-lyon1.fr/pub/mol_phylogeny/seaview/ +MASTER_SITES= ftp://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/pub/mol_phylogeny/seaview/ EXTRACT_SUFX= .tar MAINTAINER= frankch@waru.life.nthu.edu.tw diff -ruN seaview.orig/files/md5 seaview/files/md5 --- seaview.orig/files/md5 Thu Oct 8 13:33:29 1998 +++ seaview/files/md5 Thu Oct 8 13:29:45 1998 @@ -1 +1 @@ -MD5 (seaview.tar) = 1292e807bf560803ae04f150d8f7c527 +MD5 (seaview.tar) = a2708ea4e18191adc3aaa98a8974e1aa >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
