Hi *!

I just purchased the 2.1.6-Release here in Germany and have the following
problems which I just reported to Walnut Creek themselves, too:

yesterday I bought the Walnut Creek CDROM for 49,95 Deutsch Marks here in
Germany. Until now I used the commercial BSD/OS series.

I couldn't believe my eyes as I installed the 2.1.6-Release on a new fresh
3.2GB-Quantum EIDE disk:

The installer complains about the following:

* Unable to transfer the X32AGX distribution from wcd0c.
Do you want to try to retrieve it again?

[A manual look on the CD showed me that the Package X32AGX under /XF8632
is 0 bytes long, so no wonder...]

* Couldn't extract the following distributions. This may be because they were
not available on the installation media you've chosen:
		commerce xperimnt

[A manual look on the CD showed me that these directories are existing, so
   something other might be wrong...]

* [Not possible to start the X11 installation, the machine complains about tons
   of numerous missing files...]

* [A LOT of errors in different packages while installing an almost full feed of
   packages after basic installation]

Of course I tested the CD on a friend's machine today, too, but exactly the same
mistakes on the CD-ROM with this release 2.1.6.

I see no serial number on the CD, so I don't know how to identify the CD for
your convenience, only the Barcode on the package and ISBN number are there:

	Barcode: 7 47851 02307 8
	ISBN : 1-57176-079-2

----------

Anyone has the same problems as me? Wrongly pressed CD-ROMs around?

Thanks in advance,
Joachim
