As I mentioned, I'm just msireading the code here. I didn't see anything that appeared PCI specific, and wasn't seeing my card work. I'm no expert in either the PCI bus or this chipset - I was just trying to get the laptop's internal ethernet running so it was of some use to me. I understand now that others use the driver with PCI cards. I understand I was wrong. - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Ted Faber faber@isi.edu USC/ISI Computer Scientist http://www.isi.edu/~faber (310) 822-1511 x190 PGP Key: http://www.isi.edu/~faber/pubkey.asc -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 2.6.2 iQCVAwUBNb9hoYb4eisfQ5rpAQEw8QP+JZU2AqiqLWJQLl5efXPf9qy3Oy/okWwI yMLPKx4J+glIoj323B5kKj+HTMiU1vjEi2hyI05/1XFteldHH7C+B0LC4A2+M7CR cS/PanFVwDB3z5LrXoudjcrHByIitVrrLrnSbKyD3bsurBB3YA1COcMCcrbiyeah uwK1qLI5fqQ= =fMdB -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
