There's been no reason to update this since it remained stable as 21.1.14 for so long. What's currently xemacs-devel is actually the stable version of xemacs. I need to get portmgr to dp a repo copy to xemacs and then I'll probably delete the current xemacs21 port, since it's "historical". xemacs-devel will then track 21.5.
