--yNb1oOkm5a9FJOVX Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Hello portmeisters :) I've been keeping a local collection of fortune cookies, related to ports/mail/mutt usage for quite some time now. Friends and local users of FreeBSD seem to be having lots of fun with these, and when I mentioned this to Nik, he went one step further, and thought of fortunes installed with each port. What do you think of having fortune cookies for FreeBSD ports, and install them as part of `make install' in ${PREFIX}/share/fortunes? This way, when one runs `make install' in ports/mail/mutt, he will also get a /usr/local/share/fortunes/mutt with useful tips on mutt configuration and usage, and will be able to add to their login profiles a simple: fortune /usr/local/share/fortunes and rejoice at what their login sessions start with :-) -giorgos PS: Please CC me and Nik when replying, as neither of us is subscribed to -ports. --yNb1oOkm5a9FJOVX Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE7+YH81g+UGjGGA7YRAkyFAJ4hn+Ef63nhfOFbkfASKDYrJhbrwgCfT1kp o2stLQqMJScGENy6OehJExg= =arIF -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --yNb1oOkm5a9FJOVX-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
