While trying to backup to a scsi tape, I am getting the 
message that the tape is not formatted.  I have used both
a pre-formatted tape, and formatted another.  In both cases
I get the message.  Unfortnately, this is an incomplete 
area in the documentation.  Am I missing something?  TIA.
