I'm running on an x1650 amd64 right now... It looks like you have two
issues.

1) You need to be using EXA not XAA. Options "AccelMethod" "EXA"
2) The above error is a memory allocation error.  If switching to EXA
doesn't resolve it, then we need to look at how much available memory
you have.  It will take more indepth debugging to see exactly where that
allocation is failing.

I suspect that ensuring that your -STABLE is updated and switching to
EXA will resolve the issue though.
