says that  rsync://ftp.nl.FreeBSD.org/ has its FreeBSD mirror at 
vol/3/freebsd-core, but visiting 
ftp://ftp.nl.freebsd.org/vol/4/freebsd-core/ clearly shows that they've 
moved it to vol/4/freebsd-core.
