"Tape Backup Media" should probably be called "Creating and Using Tapes". "Backups to Floppies" should die a horrible death, but that's probably slightly premature. It should be merged in to the "Backup Programs" section. "Backup Programs" is misnamed, as it also contains information about backup strategies, and things to do (creating boot floppies, etc) that aren't strictly about "Backup Programs".
