Marzolf If it's graphics that you want, the GNOME graphics app is the GIMP, which will run on windows (http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net). Other than that, no, the GNOME Desktop will not run on Windows XP, though efforts are being made so that it will be possible some time in the future (probably a few years from now). A FreeBSD mailing list is not the place to ask Windows XP questions.
