So the older people from Generation X and those who were born before Generation X, programmed Computers before KiB was born. Computers, such as the Sinclair QL and C64 established Computers to many consumers for the very first time, so the older people from Generation X were the first averaged consumers, who could get easily in contact with computers. Btw. I'm from 1966, IOW a child of the 80s.
