Hi, Does FreeBSD work with IBM's MicroChannel Bus? I searched the FAQ and did not see any references that it does not. I know that Linux does not support or even suggest installiation on this hardware. I have a Thinkpad 720, which screems using dos, but I do a lot of unix & aix work and would like to avoid the dos problems(short file names etc. on file transfers). I have linux on another machine, and plenty of version cd, but they do me no good. So will free BSD work on this machine. I am aware certain versions require more than the 4MB I have on this machine. Thanks Terry O'Donnell
