Sorry was in a hurry and didn't notice.
Don't have time now, to repeat with standard locale.

But its actually easy to repeat by:
updating ports collection.
Update bison port to latest.
remove the cfgy.c file, so that bison tries to rebuilt it.
So, you dont need necessarily my bison output.
