We already took care of that for you. Assuming you plan
to install on regular PC (x86 aka i386) you need to
download ISO image of a CD.
Look at this list to find mirrors that are nearer to you:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/mirrors-ftp.html

Note that a new version of FreeBSD will be out in the
14/9. The ISO that is closest to that Release is 4.4RC-4.
