More SCSI errors.. except now the machine doesnt even reboot.

I upgraded to FreeBSD 2.2.1-RELEASE last week. It worked for three days
and then locked..

I went to a pinging machine, dead activity, locked console reading:

Queueing an Abort SCB SCB 0x1 - timed out while idle, LASTPHASE == 0x1,
SCSISIGI=0xe6
[...]
sd1(ahc0:2:0): no longer in timeout
ahc0: Issued channel A bus reset. 2 SCBs aborted

[lockup]

Bad disk? Bad controller? Another upgrade?
