I've taken that back.  The explanation was far less sinister, they were 
just out of town for a week and were swamped.  This is under way now.

Yes, it does the anti-relaying too damn well - that was the problem I 
always had, I never really got a good handle on getting it to 
intentionally relay mail... :-]
