That in itself is FUD. I've been working a lot with Linux users, and one thing I've consistently found is the large number of people who are really interested in using FreeBSD as an alternative. Here in South Australia we've got to the point where the local Linux user group recognizes FreeBSD as a viable alternative. Yes, there are fanatics on both sides, but we should try to ignore them, or convince them of the errors of their ways.
